Facilitated by Cheryl Gigler, this support group will be helpful to any adult who lives with the challenges of ADHD. Join us each month on the 3rd Friday at 11:30 am.
Adults Living With ADHD is an open group for those willing to support each other and to find effective ways to manage life challenges. This group offers:
-Emotional support for members
-Group autonomy - members determine group goals and discussion topics
-Learn and share ideas with one another
