Meet Our Team
We currently have three neuropsychologists on staff with 35 years of combined experience as well as two full-time psychometrists, three part-time psychology graduate praticum students, and a practice manager.

Dr. Richard Mullin is a Wheeling, WV native. In his private practice, Dr. Mullin specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, behavioral concerns, substance abuse and self-harming behaviors.

WVU Medicine offers treatment of mental health illness and addiction for adults, adolescents, and children. Our programs provide a continuum of care through outpatient, partial hospitalization, inpatient, and residential treatment services.
