I focus on 3 main areas: 1) helping you uncover your greatest ADHD strengths and utilizing them to propel growth, 2) co-creating strategies to deal with potential ADHD challenges and 3) Emotional Wellness. I work with executive level clients, entrepreneurs, professionals and community leaders, helping them build on their strengths and insights in order to achieve their goals, both personal and professional.
I am located in Toronto, however I work with US clients via Skype or FaceTime.
