We will co-create a plan to help you minimize your challenges (e.g. - organization, time management, focus, motivation, memory, planning, etc.). I’ll help you overcome blind spots that may be standing in the way of your goals while we work on techniques to reduce your stress and increase your happiness levels.

I am located in Toronto, however I work with US clients via Skype or FaceTime.
