Varier Furniture - Active Seating for an Active Mind
Company : Varier USA02494
Varier products are designed to move with your body! Award winning ergonomic, sensory seating for adults or children, offer movement, necessitate balance and promote help with focusing.
MOVE STOOL: The Varier Move stool is the ultimate in active sitting. Offering 360° of movement, the Move stool puts your body in control. Whatever the task, the Move stool allows your body to go wherever it feels it should be.
A blend of chair and standing support, the Varier Move stool has a graded disc base. The tilting angle created by this unique design lets the saddle follow you throughout any movement.
The Move Stool is an excellent choice for any individual who needs sensory or proprioceptive input to maximize focus. It can't really be called a chair. It's more of a standing support. It's unique convex base allows the stool to move with the sitter, while the feet stay firmly planted.
VARIABLE BALANS: Celebrating 30+ years, this Peter Opsvik icon is ready for a new generation of sitters.
The Variable balans encourages movement and supports the body through each movement made. Body and chair, action and reaction, in a cycle of continuous motion that energizes and enlivens the body and mind. Not only does it make you comfortable, it makes you feel good.
As versatile in design as in concept, the Variable balans is the perfect instrument for the ever-changing demands of today's work places and lifestyles. Work, homework, and any task becomes a breeze as the upright, "alert" posture promotes concentration and activity.
Everyone benefits from using a Variable.
The benefits of active sitting have been directly correlated with improved homework performance in adolescents. For adults, this concept of active sitting improves concentration, and posture, allows for enhanced breathing, and even burns calories.

It's like popcorn at the movies, hotdogs during a baseball game, or snoozing in a hammock on a warm summer afternoon. It's so natural, sometimes you just have to move!

This stool is a great tool for people with ADHD who have trouble tolerating sitting at a desk for any length of time. You really can get it moving! Its stable and comfortable and easy on your spine. I really recommend this product.
