Who We Are
The transition to college is particularly challenging for ADD/ADHD students. Away from home and newly independent, they have yet to master how to manage their time, stay organized, and plan ahead without their parents, teachers, or prior support systems. Our College Success program is designed to help students graduate college in four years, ready to start their chosen careers or a viable graduate program.
What We Do
We meet at least once a week with students to make sure they do not fall behind academically now that they have left the watchful eyes of home. We help students to learn and navigate the academic differences between high school and college, and anticipate what’s coming next so they can become more proactive and advocate for themselves.
Our plans and coaching are tailored to the needs of each individual student as we work toward these five long-term goals.
We aim to ensure that our students:
*Transition effectively from high school to college or university.
*Become efficient planners, organizers, and balanced, self-reliant adults.
*Find a rewarding career path.
*Finish their studies on time (generally four years) to avoid unnecessary costs.
*Graduate with a plan for the future that maximizes their earning power.
