Ben has been working with my son for a few months now. They meet at 6pm EST for a half hour weekly. my son finishes the Zoom call bright eyed and optimistic. Ben "gets" him. He empathises and relates. He makes my son feel as though he is not alone with his ADHD. Ben also provides strategies to get through the day, moods and to help my son see that he is so much more than his poor impression of himself. I receive short weekly updates.
