I'm not sure if they deserve even 1star! I paid $200.00 for the ADHA evaluation, and I received my test, and results as I was supposed to, however, I was charged the fee of $200 twice. I have been trying for a month to get one of the charges refunded to no avail. They are not responding to my text or my phone calls, which makes me question what kind of care and treatment will they provide to their patients. I would think long and hard before turning to Safe Haven for any professional help because Safe Haven doesn't appear to be very professional!
