Become organized, focused, and productive! As Board Certified Coaches and as a Cogmed™ Working Memory Training practice, we provide coaching and computer-based working memory training for individuals with ADHD and executive functioning challenges.

A Better Choice Center empowers and supports individuals with ADHD and executive functioning challenges, as well as parents of children with attention difficulties. We work with you to enable positive change in your life.
We encourage and support individuals with ADHD to become more effective, productive, and successful in their personal, academic, and professional lives. We offer individual coaching in a supportive and motivating environment to guide you in closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be. For clients who prefer the convenience, efficiency, and confidentiality of distance coaching, we offer coaching via the Internet or telephone. And for clients who seek the support and shared experiences of like-minded individuals, we offer group coaching at regularly scheduled times.
As a Cogmed™ Working Memory Training provider, we are a qualified practice to deliver an evidence-based, clinically-proven program to sustainably improve attention by training working memory. The web-based 5-week training can be completed at home online with five 30-40 minute training sessions per week. As certified Cogmed coaches, we lead your training, track your results, and provide support and motivation.
