Working with Erica had been eye-changing

Erica has been working with me for a while now and it has been a game changer. She is such a great listener and asks questions that really make me think through what I’m saying. I have a habit of only wanting to do things if I can do them perfectly which leaves my habits and hobbies unfinished. She has also helped me recognize that some of the opinions and thoughts I express are based on a perception of normality that I use to be less gracious with myself. I look forward to our meetings and am very grateful!
