Bonnie Mincu, Senior Certified ADHD Coach, founded "Thrive with ADD" in 2001 to help ADD / ADHD Adults overcome their challenges with customized solutions. Bonnie's individual coaching and training programs help you learn to live effectively with your traits instead of fighting against them.
Bonnie's background includes 23 years in corporate positions in marketing, organization development, training management, executive coaching and management / process consulting. Over the years of coaching hundreds of adults with ADHD, Bonnie has created tools and programs that have provided breakthrough results in her clients' productivity, time management and follow-through. Her "Procrastination Transformation" program has helped many realize for the first time how to recognize the difference between procrastination and mental paralysis caused by overwhelm, anxiety, perfectionism, ambiguity and many other possible challenges common to those with ADD / ADHD.
Bonnie has been a presenter every year for the Virtual ADHD Conference since 2009, and was only eight speakers invited to give a 2-hour "Master Class" in 2013. She has been teaching her full-day seminar, "Thrive with ADD at Work" through New York University since 2005. Her "Thrive with ADD Self-Coaching Workshop" (Workbook / CD package) walks people step by step through the process of coaching themselves and creating their own customized solutions.
