Coaching Entrepreneurs with ADHD to have strong and successful businesses
ADHD coach Jacqueline Sinfield and business coach Marcia Hoeck work with entrepreneurs with ADHD and ADHD tendencies to create strong and successful businesses through their strengths, while learning to manage their challenges.
About this provider
We came together to work with entrepreneurs with ADHD and ADHD tendencies when we found that our client work was overlapping. Jacqui noticed that more and more of her adult with ADHD clients were entrepreneurs, asking questions about having ADHD and running businesses; and Marcia was finding that more and more of her small business clients had ADHD tendencies or were actually diagnosed with ADHD, and needed advice on coping with these challenges in their businesses.
We met in 2007 in a business coaching group together and have stayed in close contact, and when we noticed our client profile was overlapping, we started having teleclasses together, and the response was immediately very positive. “Working with ADHD,” our collaboration, is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs with ADHD and ADHD tendencies create brilliant businesses through their strengths, while learning to manage their challenges.
If you are reading this, it’s highly likely you are a creative, fun, passionate, and think-outside-the-box type of person. Although, as you are reading that impressive list, you might not be ready to embrace all of those qualities in yourself yet, because your self esteem may be a little low.
You started your own business because working for someone else was agony, and you had many creative ideas you wanted to express. Yet, despite all your strengths, you also face some challenges — and these are the things that are holding you and your business back.
We understand, because as well as being coaches and business people ourselves, Jacqui has dyslexia and Marcia has ADHD. We found that the strategies, processes, and ideas we used to manage our own businesses worked for business owners with ADHD, too, and that's what we teach our clients through Working with ADHD.com.
We offer podcasts and interviews with experts, private coaching packages, group programs, and live group retreats, all with the same goal in mind -- to help you build a successful, stable, and happy business.

Marcia Hoeck
For 25 years, as owner of a leading marketing communications firm, Marcia lived what she now teaches. Because of her “quirks,” (only recently diagnosed as ADHD), Marcia found the business end of her business daunting. Through trial and error and study of other organizations, Marcia developed simple systems that enabled her to reduce the amount of time and frustration spent managing her business while increasing her revenues, creating a business with great flexibility.
Now a consultant, Marcia shares her secrets, showing how to create a business that works for you — both spiritually and productively — and frees you to do what you started your business for in the first place.
Marcia lives in Grosse Ile, Michigan, with her husband Todd and two doglets, Amazing Grace, an amazing bichon, and Liesl Diesel Weasel Bezo, a miniature dachshund who needs a long name.
As we work virtually, we can work with you wherever you are around the world.
