About this provider

I’m Rachel Germeroth. My coaching is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that ADHD isn’t a flaw to be fixed.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my early 30s, while working full-time as a scientist, raising kids and pursuing a master's degree. By that point, I was exhausted and burned out. I knew I was capable of doing the work, but figuring out how to manage everything without running myself into the ground was another story.

As I worked to better understand my own ADHD during my master's degree, I became increasingly involved in the ADHD community. I helped run a Facebook group for more than 50,000+ moms with ADHD, where I saw just how many women were struggling to find support, resources and professionals who understood their experiences. I even created a directory of 600+ healthcare professionals recommended by ADHDers themselves, hoping to make finding a supportive provider a little easier.

Somewhere along the way, I realized I'd stumbled into something I genuinely loved: supporting other people with ADHD. Coaching gave me a way to bring together that passion, my background in science, and my belief that there's isn't one right way to do things. I'm interested in helping people explore what works for them.

Being surrounded by trees, quiet, and open space calms my nervous system in a way nothing else does. I chose the name ADHD Hiker because I want my coaching space to feel the same: peaceful, grounded, and welcoming. A place where you can show up exactly as you are and feel supported and understood.

I’d love to invite you into that space.
