Life Changing
I felt like I had tried and failed at every possible strategy to manage my ADHD symptoms and wondered if there was any hope for me. Thank goodness that I stumbled across the ADHD rewired podcast and from there learned about the coaching an accountability groups. It literally changed my life. I can't imagine where I would be today without it.
