Alec Reisner MA, MEd- ADHD Specialist For 20+ Years

At the heart of my ADHD coaching is a profound respect for the human spirit and its potential. Every person carries a unique set of challenges, and sometimes, the weight of our obstacles can make change seem insurmountable. But I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of deep, empathetic listening and genuine human connection. To me, my students are not just 'cases'; they are individuals determined to rise above their challenges in a world that often feels too busy to truly listen. I'm here not just to listen but to understand, to empathize, and to offer guidance. The journey of self-improvement can feel daunting at first, but as Paulo Coelho wisely said, once you take that first step, the universe conspires in your favor.

With over two decades of experience in counseling, teaching, and college coaching, I provide my clients with unparalleled guidance to:

-Improve Organization
-Reduce Stress
-Boost GPA
-Achieve Goals
-Enhance Self-Worth
-Overcome Procrastination
-Balance Perfectionism
