Focus For Effectiveness, LLC

Internationally known coaches Roxanne Fouché, Roya Kravetz, and Sarah D. Wright are co-founders of Focus For Effectiveness, LLC.

They provide consulting and individual and group coaching in person, by phone, or online to students, families, adults, and small businesses affected by ADHD/LD and related challenges. They are the only trained life coaches specializing in ADHD/LD in the San Diego area. Together they have more than 50 years experience in helping those affected by Attention Disorders and other learning differences.

Roxanne Fouché specializes in educational therapy, coaching, and consulting with—and on behalf of—individuals of all ages with ADHD/LD and related challenges. She has graduate training in special education and holds a professional certificate in educational therapy. She received her life coach training at Fast Track Coach Academy and JST Coaching, LLC.

Roya Kravetz, ACC, CMC, CPE, specializes in educating and coaching parents of those whose lives are affected by ADHD or similar behavioral and/or organizational challenges. Roya also provides youth and adult coaching and consulting. She is a credentialed coach who received her life coach training at Mentor Coach and JST Coaching, LLC. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi.

Sarah D. Wright, MS, ACT, specializes in working with college and graduate students, adults, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. She is a former executive, a founding board member of the ADHD Coaches Organization, and co-author of the popular book, Fidget to Focus. She received her life coach training from the Optimal Functioning Institute and the Edge Foundation.
