2nd Wednesday of the month from 7:00-9:00 P.M.
at Valley Mental Health Out Patient Services building,
1141 East 3900 South, Suite A170 1st Floor Conference Room
(Just East of Marie Calendars and across the street from St Marks Hospital)

Parent to Parent: Family Training on AD/HD
2008-2009 Class Schedule
Fal 2008 Series:
Wednesdays—September 24, October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, November 4 from 6:30 – 8:30 PM (1st Session begins at 6:15 pm)
If you are interested in attending or need more information, please email us at CHADD-OF-UTAH@CHADD.NET
Dates: The classes will be held on a rotating basis (every 7 consecutive weeks)
The cost for the class series is:
· $50.00 per couple for the class materials for those who are now CHADD members.
· $60.00 per couple for non-CHADD members. (Price includes the cost of materials).
