I'm a blind and neurodivergent executive functioning coach and I use she or they pronouns. I work with adults eighteen and older. I get to know you as a whole person, and I draw on disability justice principles.
About this provider
If you are a student or a working adult, I can collaborate with you to understand how your brain works and how ADHD impacts your executive functioning. Together, we can identify your strengths, as well as the obstacles that are getting in your way. Coaching is highly personalized. I will share my knowledge when its relevant, but you are in the driver's seat. Whether you want to finally make those annoying phone calls you've been putting off, sort through the doom pile on your desk, or break down a complex project into manageable chunks, I'm here to support you. I can also assist with advocacy and determining which accommodations might support you at work.
If you are autistic, I can help with understanding your sensory needs and why navigating social situations can be so challenging. We can work on ways to conserve energy so that the world doesn't feel so exhausting, and you have time to pursue special interests and other things that bring you joy. For PDAers, i often work on helping you find ways to reduce demands, while recognizing that sometimes the constraints of capitalism make this difficult.
