Dr. Mary Ann Block’s approach is to look for and treat the underlying causes of such health problems as ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, PMS, Ear Infections, Asthma, Fatigue, etc, in children and adults.

We here at The Cairn Center believe that assessing ADHD or ADD symptoms alone is not adequate. We try to assess in what ways the symptoms are currently impairing a person’s daily functioning and what these symptoms are caused by.

The Center for Attention and Learning is a unique educational evaluation program for children who are struggling with attention and learning disabilities. We focus primarily on children from low-income families in New York City.

At CNNH, we are interested not only in detailing and understanding a patient’s behavioral patterns, but also exploring for identifiable biological or neurological mechanisms causing ADHD. We employ a series of objective tests to confirm ADHD.

Our ADHD studies are currently enrolling children, adolescents, and adults ages 4-60. All studies include free ADHD evaluation and free study medication.

The Family Clinic began in February 1991. The scope of the Family Clinic includes children, teenagers and young adults with ADHD, ODD, ASD, anxiety, and other emotional issues.

The Children's Center delivers strong medical leadership, board certified pediatric specialists, and a skilled pediatric nursing staff that work together to continuously improve patient outcomes, including behavioral health issues likes ADHD.

The Division of Developmental Medicine provides compassionate care for children and adolescents facing developmental, learning and behavioral challenges while offering parents the peace of mind knowing their child is receiving the best care.

The Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics Program at The Children’s Hospital at Saint Peter’s University Hospital treats children from birth to age 8 years for many developmental and behavioral disorders such as ADHD.

The Children's Program is a team of experienced clinicians who provide diagnostic, therapeutic and educational services to children, adolescents, and families. We diagnose and treat ADHD.
