Sometimes the "cost of entry" can keep us away from getting the help we need. I offer virtual ADHD Life Coaching sessions to individuals 15 and up focusing primarily on women in their 20's and 30's who received late diagnosis. I want to eliminate some costs associated with accessing care. I am offering a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. If we are, great! Then I am offering a free 50 minute intake session so I can learn more about you and how ADHD is impacting your life and we can make a game plan from there!
