Parenting a child with ADD/ADHD can be tough. The good news is, you don't have to do it alone! Attend our Parents Helping Parents support meeting to connect with fellow parents facing similar challenges. Ask questions; share information, tips, strategies, and resources; or simply vent your frustrations in this safe, judgment-free zone.

Possible topics for discussion include: daily ADD/ADHD-related struggles; school and homework challenges; dealing with guilt, stigma, and judgment; managing overwhelm and self care; meltdowns, tantrums, and outbursts; and more!

Please note, these meetings are held remotely on Zoom and require that you join our Meetup group, Shenandoah Valley ADHD Support Community, to access the log-in information. Meetup is free to join and easy to use.
