If you’re a woman navigating life with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified), this is for you.

In partnership with CHADD of Greater Los Angeles, I am excited to announce the launch of a 4-week virtual support group for late-diagnosed ADHD women, starting April 10th.

This isn’t your typical group. Heather blends 25 years of clinical expertise in mental & behavioral health with lived experience, humor, and heart to create a space where you’ll feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Whether you’re new to your ADHD journey or looking to deepen your understanding, this is a group is a chance to connect with other women who get it.

Dates: April 10, 17, 24, May 1, 2025

Time: 1pm Pacific / 3pm Central / 4pm Eastern
