Adult ADHD Support Groups
The worldwide pandemic has raised a global consciousness as we together strive to flatten the curve and find solutions. We have all been forced to face changes in routines, structures and environments with the added emotional challenges presented by the media, cohabitation and social distancing. Turbo thinkers tend to struggle even more with these changes and yet they also have the opportunity to thrive with the ability to create their own new schedules and innovations. Without the ability to create long term plans, I have noticed these past weeks that my clients need added support from other people wired like themselves. They need to exchange challenges and ideas with other Turbo thinkers. They need a supportive platform to vent and present creative solutions for themselves and others around the world. For this reason, I am offering free weekly support group sessions to my local and online communities. You may drop in any time, registration is required and attendance is limited.
Adult Turbo Thinkers: entrepreneurs, business owners, consultants, artists, musicians, the suddenly unemployed, the suddenly all online, anyone that wants to share and learn about how to be proactive and make it happen. How can you get your mojo back? Tuesdays 9:00-10:00AM CST
This is a safe space to share your personal and professional challenges as well as your successes. It is a space to meet other people wired in ways like you, people that “get it”. It is a space to tell honest stories and brainstorm creative solutions. It is a space where you may laugh and/or cry and you will be accepted for the terrific Turbo Thinker that you are.
We will maintain complete confidentiality about anything shared in the session.
We will treat all participants with respect and courtesy.
We will minimize distractions and be as fully present as possible.
So...how will you remember when to show up? We know our people. May we text you a reminder before the support group session?
Suggested donation: $15/ session
