Description

Peer support group for adults 18+ living with ADHD. This meeting is closed to all but ADHD adults. Meetings are a safe, supportive, judgement-free environment to share about the challenges, frustrations, and successes of living with ADHD. Some of us were diagnosed as children and others only recently. Some of us choose medication and other do not. Regardless of any differences, we come together united by the challenge of living with ADHD and the hope to improve our lives. Here we’re able to talk directly with others who are like us - people who truly understand what it's like to live with ADHD - and can share the type of practical insights that only come from firsthand experience. These are closed meetings, intended ONLY for adults with ADHD. You do not need to be a member of CHADD to attend. Meetings are donation-based. A suggested $10 donation per person, per meeting, is greatly appreciated to help us offset the costs of room rental and materials.
Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD) and CHADD of San Fernando Valley (CHADD-SFV) do not endorse any product, service, publication, medication, or treatment. We exist to provide support, education, and resources to those impacted by ADHD. CHADD is a national 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that improves the lives of people affected by ADHD through education, advocacy, and support. CHADD of San Fernando Valley is Affiliate #615 and serves the San Fernando Valley Area of Los Angeles.
