Description

The worldwide pandemic has raised a global consciousness as we together strive to flatten the curve and find solutions. We have all been forced to face changes in routines, structures and environments with the added emotional challenges presented by the media, cohabitation and social distancing. Turbo thinkers tend to struggle even more with these changes and yet they also have the opportunity to thrive with the ability to create their own new schedules and innovations. Without the ability to create long term plans, I have noticed these past weeks that my clients need added support from other people wired like themselves. They need to exchange challenges and ideas with other Turbo thinkers. They need a supportive platform to vent and present creative solutions for themselves and others around the world. For this reason, I am offering free weekly support group sessions to my local and online communities. You may drop in any time, registration is required and attendance is limited.

Parent Turbo Thinkers: parents that struggle with executive function skills on even a good day and now have kids at home 24/7. How do you model the behavior you’d like to see and still infuse joy into your day? Thursdays 10:00-11:00AM CST

Ground rules:
We will maintain complete confidentiality about anything shared in the session.
We will treat all participants with respect and courtesy.
We will minimize distractions and be as fully present as possible.

So...how will you remember when to show up? We know our people. May we text you a reminder before the support group session?
Suggested donation: $15/ session

Our mission is to inspire and empower people affected by ADHD and executive dysfunction to become independent, confident, and resilient.
