You have had your assessment, now what? Our team provides personalized interdisciplinary health services for individuals, couples, families and groups in-person or virtually. It is not uncommon for people to have concerns in more than one area, as well. We will conduct a thorough evaluation with you, so that together we can develop a specific and realistic plan to help you accomplish your goals. Our team specializes in ADHD services such as psychotherapy and counselling, art therapy, adult and pediatric occupational therapy.
