I’m Lori Granieri, ADHD Coach and Product Designer. I work with girls and women with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), ADHD-like characteristics, Learning Disabilities (or, Learning Differences) and Executive Functioning (EF) challenges.

In addition to ADHD coaching, I offer programs and resources related to ADHD and other areas of mental health, wellness, education, and self-development.

I have a Master of Arts degree and a Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and studied Journalism for several years before that. I I was a School Psychologist for 13 years. I am a Certified ADHD Educator.

I will work with you (or your child) on a one-on-one virtual basis. I work with girls (from children to teenagers), college students, and women.

I provide coaching related to various aspects of ADHD, including Executive Functioning, life skills, career exploration, goal-setting and accountability, planning, prioritizing, getting and staying organized, time management, finding and using talents and strengths, learning more about how your ADHD affects you and how you can work with and around it, and more.
