Experience matters. I am a Professional Certified ADHD Coach and LCSW with 30 years of experience working with ADHD clients. For the past 30 years I have coached adults, couples, and entrepreneurs who struggle in their everyday lives due to the challenges presented by ADHD and executive function. In 1993, I was diagnosed with ADHD and that diagnosis guided me on a personal and professional journey that has culminated in a dedication and commitment to help others grappling with ADHD.
In 2006, I created the ADHD Center for Success and focused entirely on coaching ADHD. Over the years, I have helped thousands of individuals with ADHD who are dealing with chaos, frustration, and shame. Through coaching, I provide ADHD-friendly strategies, tools, accountability, and compassion to help my clients thrive. As a coach, I create safe, judgment-free zones so my clients can create structures that support them and allow them to reach goals in their personal and professional lives.
In addition to individual coaching, I offer a virtual ADHD support group, seminars, webinars, retreats, and groups centered on ADHD and executive function challenges. I also train ADHD coaches to expand their offerings and help more ADHD clients.
