At Utah Therapy Works, we provide specialized support for neurodivergent individuals (including late-diagnosed adults and teens), couples, and families navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, and burnout. Our integrative approach combines relational therapy with neuroscience-based treatments—including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, neurofeedback, and TMS—to foster lasting nervous system regulation, resilience, and relational health.

We offer targeted support for:
• ADHD & executive functioning challenges
• Autistic burnout & sensory overload
• Neurodiverse couples and sex therapy
• Complex trauma and emotional dysregulation
• Sexual health, intimacy, and identity development

Our clinicians integrate IFS, ACT, polyvagal theory, and somatic approaches to help clients reconnect with their values, improve self-regulation, and develop stronger relationships based on courageous honesty, not masking. We understand the lived experience of neurodivergence, and we meet you with clarity, compassion, and respect.
