As a ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, I strive to help those with ADHD understand, cope, adjust, and thrive. ADHD is not just about work and school, it's about a lifetime of experiences of what you thought were "failures," believing that you're "lazy" or "stupid," anxiety about what you might have lost, forgotten or let slip out your mouth, rejection sensitivity, financial problems, difficulties in your relationships and more. I strive to provide individualized treatment to help you with your symptoms the way they make sense in your life.
Contrary to popular belief, people with ADHD are not lazy. In fact, you may be one of the hardest working people you know. Procrastination, lateness, disorganization and typ0s are not character flaws, they are symptoms, ADHD requires you to work harder and longer. It requires you to think about things differently than others and make adaptations others won't have to. Life will never be easy for someone with ADHD, but it can be better.
