Erica is an Advanced-Certified ADHD Life Coach and Professional Certified Coach in training, passionate about helping girls and women of all ages embrace their strengths and unlock their potential. Previously a teacher, Erica understands the diverse challenges ADHD can bring in both academic and personal settings. Diagnosed at 26 after a series of misdiagnoses, she deeply relates to the journey of navigating ADHD and is dedicated to helping others find clarity, balance, and self-acceptance.
