As a certified ADHD coach, productivity/business consultant and professional organizer, I'll coach you to take control of your time, priorities, paperwork, projects, communications, systems, space and stuff, so you have more time, energy and focus to grow your business, succeed in school or the workplace, balance work/home/self-care and live a life you love!
I've been an ADHD coach for over 30 years, having co-founded CHADD of New York City (Children & Adults with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) in 1989, then the ADD Resource Center, prior to Susan Lasky Productivity & ADHD Solutions. I developed the coaching paradigm: Get Out of Your Own Way: The 7-Step PowerPlan to Success with ADHD (download the free guidebook from my website).
I am an adult with 'ADD' and parent of now-grown child with 'ADHD.' I have a background in business (VP Marketing/Creative Director, new business & marketing consultant). I’m also an artist, author and speaker.
Coaching is by phone or Zoom, with an individualized, action-oriented approach that focuses on your specific concerns.
