Strategic Life Coaching (SLC) is a highly specialized coaching process designed specifically for top executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs with AD/HD as a road map for leveraging their unique skills and current status to attain even greater success and achievement.

This fast-paced, highly-dynamic coaching style combines traditional AD/HD coaching methodology with strategic principles and practices allowing highly-motivated, energetic, goal-oriented people to experience measurable results that maximize their effectiveness and overall potential.

What can I expect to gain from SLC?
Each client comes to coaching with a different set of goals and accomplishments they wish to achieve. Through our coaching partnership, we will work together to devise strategies and monitor progress.

How much do you charge for coaching?
As coaching is a highly individualized service, I tailor my coaching to each client’s needs. I take on very few clients so that I can be sure to give each client the individual attention he or she deserves. My rates range from $1,000 to $1,200 per month, depending on each client’s situation.

How do I begin coaching?
Are you ready to accept and acknowledge your AD/HD challenges? Are you willing to commit the time, energy, and resources necessary for coaching to take place? If that’s the case, the first step is to set up an initial 30 minutes phone session to assess whether or not we’re a good match for each other.
