ADHD Coaching from a coach with ADHD
Description
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my thirties, and that moment reframed my entire life.
Like many people who receive a late diagnosis, it suddenly explained years of wondering why things felt harder for me than they seemed to be for others. Along with that clarity came relief, grief, anger, and compassion for the version of myself who had been trying so hard without the right support.
Today I help creatives and late diagnosed ADHDers move through overwhelm and reconnect with themselves.
My work combines somatic coaching with practical ADHD friendly tools. Instead of trying to force productivity systems that were never designed for ADHD brains, we work together to create strategies that align with how your mind and nervous system actually function.
My coaching space is compassionate, collaborative, and non judgmental. Together we explore ways to reduce overwhelm, improve focus, release shame around ADHD, and build a life that feels aligned and sustainable.
