Hi! I'm Rachel Germeroth, an ADDCA-trained ADHD coach and the owner of ADHD Hiker LLC. My coaching is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that ADHD isn't a flaw. It's a different way of moving through the world.
I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, with a particular focus on women in science, academia, and research. I was diagnosed in 2019 in the middle of graduate school studying marine science, while working full time and raising kids. I know what it feels like to be brilliant at your work and completely overwhelmed by everything else.
I chose the name ADHD Hiker because being surrounded by trees and nature calms my nervous system like nothing else. I want my coaching space to feel the same way: peaceful, grounded, and welcoming. A place where you can show up exactly as you are.
