I am a certified ADHD Teen Life Coach whose passion is to help teens succeed with their ADHD and EF challenges.. There is so much to the complex ADHD brain! I bring a broader understanding while implementing strategies, tactics and tools to help your teen become more in control and more independent.

My ultimate goal is for teens to own their ADHD and be productive, successful young men and women who will handle any obstacle that comes their way.
