Description
I am a queer, neurodivergent, San Francisco–based Scrum Master and Agile Coach with 20 years of coaching experience. I specialize in helping neurodivergent professionals build sustainable systems for focus, follow-through, and meaningful progress.
Many ADHD coaches focus on tips, tools, or accountability. My differentiation is the adaptation of Agile and Scrum methodology—an iterative, empirical approach used to launch products and companies under conditions of uncertainty—to the lived reality of neurodivergent work and life.
Through Agile4ADHD, I help clients design a personalized operating system that works with their brain instead of against it. We begin with clarity: what actually matters, what is realistic, and what needs to change first. Then we run small, structured experiments that produce quick wins, reduce overwhelm, and build confidence. From there, we iterate—refining systems for planning, prioritization, execution, and recovery.
The outcomes are practical and measurable: more consistent follow-through, clearer decision-making, reduced cognitive load, and steady progress on meaningful goals.
If you are bright, capable, and tired of underperforming relative to your potential, Agile4ADHD offers structure without rigidity, accountability without shame, and progress without burnout.
