Description

I am a neurodivergent Agile Coach with 20 years of experience in the field. Although I employ many of the same methods practiced by other ADHD coaches, my core strength (and differentiation) is the adaptation of Agile methodology to navigating life and business as a neurodivergent, non-traditionally employed person. I work only with adults, my clients are mostly (but not exclusively) women.

My approach is direct, practical, evidence-based, and action-oriented. In addition to my expertise as an Agile coach, I also bring my “giant collection of hacks” that I have acquired/created/field-tested over the past 30 years. I am - in short - the “Hedge Witch” of ADHD coaching. I like weird people (I have no “normal” friends). I meet clients *where they are*, aiming to deliver a few quick wins that will produce measurable results and build confidence; then iterate to develop a personalized methodology that works *with* the nature of your unusual mind, not against it.

Agile is an iterative, empirical approach to getting things done under conditions of risk, uncertainty, change, and interruption. As such, it is particularly well-suited to both entrepreneurship and living with ADHD. It is also the primary approach used to launch new businesses and products in the modern world. It’s worked well for me, and I am very good at it. I can make it work for you.

7-Week Group Coaching program starts 10/7/2025

Nearly two decades ago, I noticed the parallels between the unpredictability of working with emerging technologies in an rapidly-changing world and living with ADHD. I have been practicing and refining this method ever since. It has seen me through career obsolescence, economic disruption, the worldwide pandemic, crippling illness, escalating living costs, and political upheaval. Properly implemented, Agile can prepare you for anything.

Like exercise or meditation, Agile is simple (anyone can learn the basics in about ten minutes) but not easy. Each person has their own strengths, weaknesses, and objectives. Therefore, each person's solution will be as singular as their fingerprint.

My approach is direct, practical, and action-oriented. This means that lessons are brief (no long, boring lectures) and focus on applying the concepts of each week's instruction to your particular situation.

I have found that (for people with ADHD) learning cycles need to be short, and the skills taught need to be immediately applicable. So this course is designed around six simple-but-powerful concepts that are flexible enough to be folded into your existing systems. You should expect to see real-world improvements from day one, build confidence through practical experience, and transform your worklife in real-time.
