I’m Anna Dafna, an ADHD and high-performance coach, mentor, psychologist (GMBPsS).

I work with intelligent, capable neurodiverse individuals worldwide, who feel they are operating below their true potential - not because they necessarily lack ability or insight, but because their energy, nervous system and executive function are under constant strain.

I do this work because I know it from the inside. I have faced executive function challenges myself and understand the quiet cost of masking, overcompensating and pushing through at the expense of vitality.

That lived understanding, combined with over two decades of professional practice, shapes an approach that is both deeply human and rigorously structured - focused on strengths-based high performance, authenticity and sustainable high performance rather than survival or symptom management.

I began this work in 2003 in Athens and later established my practice in London. I hold a Master’s degree in Educational & Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor’s degree in Education with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), EMCC Master Membership, BPS Membership, ADHD and Executive Function Coaching Accreditation, and advanced training in nervous-system-informed approaches including the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP).

To date, I’ve completed 10,000+ coaching hours and supported 1,000+ clients across more than 10 countries, including students, professionals, founders and leaders operating in high-demand environments.

My work has been recognised internationally, including Most Supportive ADHD & Executive Function Coach (Business Elite Awards, 2024), Best Diversity, Inclusion & Leadership Development Training (Business Awards UK, 2023), and selection as a Brainz 500 Global Honouree (2021).

At the heart of my work is a simple mission: to reduce inequality, support better mental health, and expand access to high-quality, psychology-informed coaching - irrespective of diagnosis, geography or background.

I believe that when neurodivergent people are supported in the way that works best for their unique wiring, the impact extends far beyond individual success and into families, organisations and communities.
