I have been coaching for 30+ years. After a career in coaching leaders and executives, I have turned my focus to specializing in adults (from college age to seniors) with ADHD. I am passionate about helping others with this challenge and would love to work with you, too. I have learned that ADHD may limit us, but we also get to have some beautiful gifts. We are smart, empathetic, and creative problem solvers, just to name a few of our superpowers. Our work together will focus on you, as an individual, We will break down your obstacles and highlight your strengths. In the process, we'll create strategies to use your beautiful gifts. You deserve to live your most wonderful life, with grace, confidence, and delight!

My credentials:

I was formally trained in life and executive coaching through Fielding Graduate University’s Comprehensive Evidence-Based Coaching program. And I have been formally trained in ADHD coaching at the ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy) Advanced Professional ADHD Coaching Certification program — the gold standard in ADHD coach training.

I have a Bachelor's in Applied Psychology and a Master's in Organization Development and Leadership.
