Description

Are you struggling under the weight of a neverending to-do list?

Does it feel like there's never enough time in the day for everything you hope to accomplish?

Do you breeze through complex projects, but somehow struggle with the most basic of tasks?

Are you bewildered at how so many people seem to just "have it all together"?

Have you ever spent hours coming up with the perfect plan, only to crumple when it’s time to translate your plans into action?

Have you ever given up on a dream because you're afraid of experiencing the crushing pain of failure?

Welcome to the world of high achieving ADHD. It’s a world in which we overpromise and underdeliver, we overcommit ourselves and then wonder why we have no time, we never stop to relax and then resent our inability to get things done. We've tried endless productivity strategies. We've had countless moments when we've said, "today is the day that things will be different!" And yet, things always seem to stay more or less the same.

As a Certified ADHD Life Coach, and a fellow ADHDer myself, I understand. I know what it’s like to feel broken in a world that wasn’t designed for us. I know the frustration of endless, tedious tasks that leave us feeling like we’re only ever treading water—instead of accomplishing things that matter. I know the disappointment of never quite living up to our own sky-high expectations for ourselves. But most importantly, I know that it doesn’t have to be this way.

I know that you CAN learn to prioritize, to manage your time, to persist in working towards your goals. I know that you can design your life and your habits to work WITH your brain, rather than against it. I know that you can learn to judge yourself less, celebrate yourself more, and appreciate that your ADHD is an opportunity, not a curse. And I know that people with ADHD are blessed with immense creativity, ambition, empathy, and resilience—and that we can use those traits to learn, grow, and change.

Let’s work together to chart your own course of discovery, adaptation, and success. Let’s partner to develop the tools and strategies that will help you pursue your goals and claim the life you want. And let’s find opportunities to laugh along the way.
