Brilla Counseling Services is an ADHD and anxiety specialty group practice based in East Sacramento, serving clients across California through telehealth and children in person at our office.
We work with adults, teens, children, and families who are tired of pathologizing frameworks and want care that actually fits how their brains work. Our team includes a Team Lead, an Assessment Lead, and clinicians trained at every stage of licensure — all chosen for their specialized ADHD training and genuine understanding of neurodivergence. We specialize in late-diagnosed adults, parent-child dynamics in ADHD families, and anxiety that rides alongside ADHD. We also offer parallel-track family therapy, where each family member has their own therapist and the clinical team coordinates care across sessions.
Our clinical framework draws from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Peg Dawson’s 11 executive function skills, and a firm commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, non-pathologizing practice. We build real-world strategies for real-world brains — not in spite of your ADHD, but in partnership with it.
