Meet your coach - Vidya is a Master Certified ADHD coach based in Seattle, WA and works with clients worldwide via Zoom. She specializes in coaching adults who have been newly diagnosed with ADHD, and has over 20 years of experience helping individuals develop executive function and productivity skills, such as time management, planning, organization and emotional regulation. She finds joy in helping her clients discover how they are most naturally wired for success and leverage their strengths to work effectively with their ADHD challenges and unique brain wiring.
Vidya has coached over 400 professionals with ADHD from all walks of life, including software engineers, medical professionals, entrepreneurs, lawyers, artists, writers and educators.
