I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. When clients tell me they spent decades feeling like they were always one step behind — I know that feeling from the inside.
I'm a certified ADHD coach and an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) with dual Master's degrees and years as a Special Education teacher. I work with adults ready to build real systems for time management, organization, emotional regulation, and routines that actually hold.
CenterLight Coaching is a structured three-month program, available to clients anywhere in the country via telehealth. Non-clinical coaching services only — not therapy or mental health treatment.
