Hi, I’m Christelle, an ADHD Coach and late-diagnosed ADHDer. I offer 1:1 coaching and consulting with financial accessibility options, as well as a vibrant ADHD wellness community featuring twice-monthly mini-workshops.

Since 2004, I’ve dedicated my career to health and wellness, bringing my background as a yoga therapist and animal-assisted therapist into my coaching practice. Today, I specialize in supporting women navigating the unique journey of a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis. My approach is deeply rooted in mindfulness, somatic grounding, and self-compassion.

I partner with my clients to create a safe, supportive space where they can look past masking and limiting beliefs to uncover their true strengths. Together, we develop personalized, realistic strategies to manage executive dysfunction, emotional dysregulation, and overwhelm, while building sustainable habits around productivity, focus, and time management.

Based in Hawaii, I offer in-person sessions on Maui (and periodically on Oahu), as well as online coaching for clients worldwide.
