ADHD coaching is an investment you make on yourself, for yourself, where you receive dividends by way of gradual successes experienced along the way. Your ADHD coach can help you create positive habits and overcome the struggles of difficult transitions in order to build skills for efficiency and effectiveness.

Because I was diagnosed with ADD when I was in the third grade, I have had the opportunity to establish a rare perspective of its many challenges and the unique ADD learning process. With the help of tutors, coaches and mentors, I have learned to educate and advocate for myself. Throughout my educational experience and career, I have had the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of the services necessary to support students with ADD and their families. I have found that my journey with ADD is always beginning and that I must always maintain positive momentum. I also believe that humor can create positive learning experiences and believe in the foundations of positive psychology. We learn best when we are running towards our goals rather than away from the consequences.

Currently, I coach and consult adolescents, parents and professionals. I work all types of clients. I also consult families with behavioral management structures and positive reinforcement skills. As a past educator, I understand what it takes to successfully engage a student and give them hope that there is a path for them. My experience has enabled me to help many parents and students to open themselves up and learn how to create positive pathways.

• An educator for over 15 years and have taught a variety of ages from preschool through college, special needs to sports coaching
• Special Needs Consultant and former social group administrator for 4 years.
• Certified Mentor Coach by MentorCoach LLC. an Accredited Coach Training program by the ICF.
• Professional Certified Coach by the IFC.


After Graduating from The Ohio State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, I moved to San Diego and earned a Masters Degree in Education at Alliant University. At that time, I earned a California Teaching Credential and I devoted my professional career to creating success in academic, psychological and behavioral education with children. With over 15 years of experience, I have worn many hats. I have worked as a personal coach, counselor, consultant, director of a mentoring and social club program as well as a special needs teacher. I have taught students from preschool age through high school, including special education and alternative education.
