Description

Using a research-based approach, I help my clients play to their strengths, build their underlying Executive Function skills, build systems and compensating mechanisms and cope with workplace and personal life. Many of my clients find it helpful that I am happily married, the father of three kids and have had a lot of success as a corporate executive and entrepreneur despite my own ADHD.

Though gender is only one lens I use in my work, I am naturally empathetic towards men and boys with ADHD. For teen boys, I help them build a stronger sense of self and navigate the challenges of modern adolescence. For adult and young adult men, I help them with relationship issues, self-esteem, life planning, and decision-making. I do a lot of career planning work and help people who are down pull themselves back up.


I work between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday-Friday

I work primarily over a telehealth platform and/or Zoom and can work with clients regardless of their location.
