As a business owner, wife and mother with ADHD, parenting two boys with ADHD, I am dedicated to helping students, families, and adults navigate the ADHD superhighway.

Whether you are just embarking on your ADHD journey or steering through a transition with ADHD as a backseat driver, coaching can help you figure out where you are today, determine where you want to go (your destination, your goal), map out your plan, spot potholes (challenges) in your way, learn to leverage your strengths and utilize strategies and tools to smooth the road in front of you, reaching your destination with new confidence to take on new journeys in your future.

In addition to being a proud member of the ADHD tribe, I am committed to breaking down the stigma that many still perceive surrounding ADHD and am passionate about helping fellow ADHDers (and those who love us) find the joys of having a fast brain.

I am an active member of Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD), Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA), ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO), and the International Coach Federation.
