I have over 20 years experience in education, working with adults, parents and children. I've been an elementary school teacher, school principal, and college faculty. I also have ADHD and am part of a neurospicy family. All of these experiences have prepared me to coach with empathy, tenacity, and relentless optimism. Strategic thinking and connection are my superpowers- let's find yours!

knowledge and capacity, its confusing and discouraging. I will help you identify challenges, plan next steps and walk alongside you to find strategies, tackle goals and embrace your whole self.

I have extensive experience working with parents of kids with ADHD as well. This parenting journey never ceases to challenge and amaze me. There are so many resources out there, but sometimes you hit a wall and need outside support. I can walk you through the most effective strategies to improve behavior, transitions, and school struggles.
