I am a therapist who strives to empower my clients to realize their inner potential. In working with me, I create an environment in which you feel accepted for who you are. We will work together to help you to learn coping skills and to utilize your inner strengths to get to where you want to be in life. My goal is to help you to learn how to be kind to yourself when you are struggling while also learning how to manage your symptoms. You will not only learn how to manage your ADHD symptoms, you will also learn how to take advantage of the strengths that go along with the disorder
