I work one-on-one with adults with ADHD in a safe, judgement-free zone to develop systems and structures that work for you. With twenty years experience working with ADHD adults, I appreciate both the struggles that come with this condition and the gifts! Hyperfocus, deep creativity and spontaneity are just a few of the super powers I admire in my clients, friends and family with ADHD. I believe in focusing on how your gifts help you excel while being real about where ADHD trips you up. Together we develop ways to address those issues. I work with people from all walks of life in all areas, professional and personal. My goal is to help you gain a sense of control over your life and achieve your goals and dreams.
