We provide education, applied tools and strategies, individual and group coaching and accountability groups to help you stay on task, and build new success habits that will help you successfully navigate your relationships, improve attention, emotional regulation/ intelligence, build resilience, managing tasks, schedules, and create success structures that will increase your organizational skills to manage your life with more ease and flow.

Our program director has ADHD and comes from a family with ADHD, so she understands it not just from an educational and training perspective but from a life-lived with ADHD. The program was created specifically for neurodiverse individuals with ADHD. All of our coaches also either have ADHD and have learned to manage their lives successfully or have close family members who are neurodiverse. So you won't ever feel like you are being judged or lectured, as we have "been there, done that" and are here to help you learn how to live and thrive with ADHD from a strengths based perspective.

You choose the level of support you need, whether it's a more intense and focused individual coaching approach or whether you want to join our group coaching program, you will still be given access to our Live & Thrive with ADHD program!

We provide coaching nationwide as we conduct all of our sessions online via zoom.

- Our coaches are located in different parts of the US, so we work with different time-zones and will do our best to work with your schedule.
- Our headquarters are based in CO, and so our programs are set on Mountain Standard Time. Usually 9 - 6 pm depending on our coaches.
